MY STORY
Hi! I’m Rachel Cope Brown. I got into wedding coordinating while planning my own wedding and quickly discovered how much I love pulling all the details together. What started as a personal experience turned into a passion, and since 2021, I’ve been coordinating weddings throughout the Lowcountry.
I’m naturally organized and known for staying calm when things get busy. Couples often tell me how much they appreciate my clear communication and how smoothly their day runs. I love taking care of the behind-the-scenes details so my couples can truly enjoy their celebration.
My goal is simple: to give couples a stress-free, joyful wedding day where they can be fully present, soak in every moment, and trust that everything is handled.

Beginning 4-6 weeks before your wedding, I'll help finalize plans, confirm vendors, and create a timeline so everything runs smoothly.
On your wedding day, I'll be on-site as the main point of contact for your vendors, guests, and your wedding party. From overseeing ceremony and reception setup to coordinating events, handling personal details, and assisting wherever needed, my goal is to keep things stress-free so you can relax and truly enjoy every moment.
